Zero-Tolerance Policy
INBDE Pro Lab maintains a strict, unconditional zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and related digital harms. We actively safeguard our systems and the digital safety of the public.
Prohibition of CSAE Material
All users of the INBDE Pro Lab application are absolutely prohibited from uploading, hosting, exchanging, requesting, sharing, or promoting any materials, discussions, links, or media that represent, advocate, or depict Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
This includes:
- Visual depictions of minors involved in sexually explicit conduct.
- Verbal or written solicitation, grooming, or exploitation requests.
- Hyperlinks, metadata, or coordinates pointing to illegal materials hosted externally.
- AI-generated, manipulated, or simulated digital child sexual abuse material.
Violations and Penalties
Any account found in violation of our Child Safety Standards will be penalized with immediate, non-negotiable actions:
- Immediate Termination: The violating user account will be permanently closed and deleted from our databases.
- Permanent Exclusion: The violator is permanently banned from registering, purchasing, or using any current or future services associated with INBDE Pro Lab.
- Forfeiture of Fees: Any active subscriptions, credits, or course preparation fees will be completely forfeited.
Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting
INBDE Pro Lab complies fully with Federal and International reporting laws, including the requirements of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and domestic law enforcement bodies.
Our commitment includes:
- Preserving all raw transaction records, IP headers, account emails, and telemetry files associated with the violating event.
- Filing detailed reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline immediately.
- Fully cooperating with state, federal, and international law enforcement agencies in prosecution.
