By accessing or using the INBDE Pro Lab mobile application and website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.

We offer a premium subscription service that grants full access to our training materials.

• Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial to new users. If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, your account will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee of $99.00 USD.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, questions, and software, is the property of INBDE Pro Lab or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to access or search the Service or download content from the Service through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like).
• Share your account credentials with third parties. Accounts are for individual use only.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. INBDE Pro Lab does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or passing scores on the INBDE examination.

In no event shall INBDE Pro Lab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
